To calculate your electric heat payment multiply your kilowatts used by the electric heat rate of $.0747.

 Example of How to Figure out Heat Rate:
 1. If bill is paid within 10 days of reading date:
     1000 kWh used at $.0747 each      $ 74.70
 2. If bill is paid after the 10th day:  
     1000 kWh used........................      $ 74.70
     Add five (5%) Penalty      $   3.73
     Total Bill      $ 78.43
