If you are currently experiencing a power outage, call our automated outage system as soon as possible and follow the steps below.
- Call 724-463-7273 or 800-332-7273.
- Listen carefully before making your selection.
- Follow the prompts from our automated outage system.
- If our outage system does not recognize your phone number, please provide your phone number to the system.
In the event of a large power outage, tune into your local radio and television stations. We will also update our members through Facebook and Twitter.
